Grand Canyon and Las Vegas - April 2004
I flew out to San Diego a few days before Easter for the mega road trip... :) The trip started Wednesday morning with a drive to the Grand Cayon. We camped over night there, and then drove on to Las Vegas (over the Hoover Dam). Then Friday we drove back through LA (visiting Will on the way) to San Diego.

Some random facts:
There was frost on the tent in the morning. It was VERY cold.
The hotel room in Las Vegas normally costs $1500/night, but they gave us a free upgrade. Very cool.
